Meditations For Leaders

It is a fact that humans always live in groups and in the same group of people want the appearance of a leader who always experience changes from one generation to another. In every change of leaders, a group always looks for new leader of the most ideal and can continue aspirations and ideals of the group. But the question is whether the model of leadership that includes sutu ideal for groups.

By writing this simple enough, the author wants to try to bring one or two terms of the problems mentioned above-drip-system starting from a particular value system, group dynamics and work of a leader.
