How to treat SENSE OF STRESS



Here I will discuss a bit on how how to treat stress. By knowing the factors that cause stress, there are several ways to treat a sense of stress. There are many ways you can do include:

1. changing the angle of vision about the value of work. Make sure within yourself that is not always hard work will get a higher return than light work with more responsibility lightly.

2. Improve morale within yourself. This can be achieved with the encouragement to excel in and create good relationships between the members

3. Keep relationships or how to communicate well with superiors and subordinates. Themselves to bring together employers as important to involve himself in various activities with fellow co-workers or subordinates.
